Mixed message.
"Punish" Michigan and Florida for moving primaries up.
As in ... your vote won't count.
Whoops
Maybe they will count.

Then there is this "super-delegate" issue
Doesn't matter how the people vote, we can decide differently.

Well, as devout and practicing non-partisan, I guess it makes for good theater.
