"Da Donald" (Trump) had as featured "sponser" or Host for The Apprentice 5 which aired on April 24th.
Then we have this from today's WSJournal :
"The parent of Ameriquest said it will cut 3,800 jobs and close branches amid rising interest rates and a cooling real-estate market."
