Thought experiment - would you rather have a bulldozer or an ATV to work on construction/cleanup.
Bulldozer is slow but powerfull
ATV is light and agile ... but can't move much.
Which do you choose...
7:30AM CNN ... 70K boots on the ground doing cleanup
